I was sure this is the way to go, for me this was being humble. So if it ever happened I did not finish on time, I couldn’t be quoted to have said I am finishing 2002. ” My second degree was about proving the attitude theory. I decided before hand it was going to take me two years flat. When I spoke to my lecturers about it they said one person has done it. ” My class mates thought I was nuts. I had to finish my thesis within two and half months to achieve this and graduate by December. As I sat at the graduation, I was sitting with strangers and none of my class mates where there.

I never had to do any physical sports; I now had a doctor’s note. This was my certificate to sit and become a couch potato. In hindsight, that incident impacted on the rest of my life drastically; it defined a fundamental moment where my brain had dominated over every part of my physical authority. I convinced myself that we are not all talented in the same way; so it’s okay if I couldn’t run or play soccer. When I got to high school I tried karate, volleyball and even attempted to improve my confidence in modeling; the results were disastrous.

It should not surprise you if you get to hear it as you lay dead. I have no idea where I came across this lesson, but it’s one of those things I am fully conscious of. Thus I live everyday as a soldier on a mission; the strategy is informed everyday every hour and every second. The mission never changes though; that is the story that will be told in generation to come ages after I am gone. My mission is my legacy. Defining ones life mission is a huge task and sometimes too huge to comprehend; thus it is important to practice.
